Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about i-TEY's services. You may not copy, resell or misrepresent it as your own.
Quotes and engagements
Estimates shared before a signed agreement are indicative. Scope, timeline, fees and acceptance criteria for any project are set out in the proposal and contract signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of custom code and designs transfers to the client on full payment. i-TEY retains rights to its pre-existing tooling and generic components.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us during discovery or delivery is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of the engagement.
Liability
Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
